How fees, usernames and claims work.

What is this?
A launchpad for Solana memecoins where the creator fees go to a Know Your Meme username instead of a wallet. Usually the meme's creator, or the account that documented its entry.
How much of each trade goes to the username?
1% of each trade.
For launchers
Do I get the fees?
No. The fees go to the username you pick, not to you. That's the whole point.
Can I change the beneficiary later?
No. The beneficiary is set at launch. The product is designed so the launcher can never redirect fees.
What if the person refuses my coin?
Fees they already earned stay theirs. Future fees go to a neutral destination (for example a charity). They never come back to the launcher.
For meme creators
Someone launched a coin in my name. Now what?
Go to Claim, enter your Know Your Meme username, add the one-time code to your profile bio and click Verify. You'll see every coin paying you and can withdraw to a Solana wallet, in SOL or USDC.
Do you need my Know Your Meme password?
Never. We give you a short code, you paste it in your Know Your Meme bio. Only the owner of an account can edit its bio, so if the code shows up there, it's you. You can delete it afterwards.
What if I change my display name?
The balance is attached to the account's identifier, not the name shown on the profile.
Do unclaimed fees expire?
No. They stay available until you claim them.
Can I refuse a coin?
Yes, from your dashboard after verifying. Its future fees then go to a neutral destination.

No. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Know Your Meme. We only reference public usernames and profile pages.
